Flexible Format — No Rigid TOR Required, Ongoing Collaboration Available
At pro-it, we deliberately avoid rigid frameworks. We understand that every client has a different level of project readiness: some come with a 30-page detailed technical specification, while others arrive with just an idea — "I want a modern website for my business." That's why we offer several convenient work formats.
One-Time Projects and Ongoing Collaboration
A one-time project is right for you if you need to build a website or web service from scratch and launch it, perform a major overhaul of an existing project, or implement a specific solution (e.g., an AI agent or a scraping system). After delivery, we provide all access credentials and documentation. After that, you can reach out to us as needed.
Ongoing collaboration (or "support + development") is chosen by companies that want to have "their own" developer/team without hiring in-house staff, regularly improve and refine their product, respond quickly to business changes, and receive consistent quality. Many of our clients start with a one-time project and then transition to ongoing support — it's convenient and beneficial for both sides.
Working With and Without a Technical Specification
If you already have a TOR — we carefully review the document, ask clarifying questions, and suggest improvements when needed (based on our experience, most TORs can be optimized for better timelines and budget). Once agreed, we get straight to work.
If you don't have a TOR — this is the most common scenario. You come with an idea, references, or simply the words "we want a convenient dashboard" / "we need a site like our competitor's." In this case, we hold a meeting, ask about your business goals and key features, propose 1–2 architecture and technology options, prepare a preliminary proposal, and help draft a TOR as the work progresses.
How Work Typically Proceeds (Step by Step)
- Introduction and task discussion (free of charge)
- Proposal with options, timelines, and pricing
- Contract signing and project kickoff
- Regular progress reports and demos
- Testing and revisions
- Launch and handover
- Support (as agreed — one-time or ongoing)
We are always available, document all agreements, and work transparently.

- You can start with a small task and gradually scale up
